8 Questions with SWK Technologies / Mapadoc

We have asked Sage Summit exhibitors to provide their answers to a set of 8 questions in order to help us all learn a bit more about them. The goal of these questions is to help Summit attendees to identify exhibitors that they might want to visit prior to the show. 1)       Who are you and what does your organization do?

My name is Bes Mott.  I am a SageCRM consultant with SWK Technologies, Inc.  SWK has been a CRM  developer partner for about the past year and has been working with SageCRM for the past 5 years. 

2)       What products and services do you offer in conjunction with SageCRM?

SWK Technologies offers your standard consulting services (implementation, training, basic customizations) for SageCRM and our development team is beta-testing an enhanced CTI plugin for M5 VOIP phone systems.  One key feature is no workstation set-up.  All set-up is done server side. 

3)       Why should Sage partners and customers visit your booth?

In addition to the SageCRM CTI plug-in, come see our integrated products for MAS 90/200, 500 and Sage ERP X3. 

4)       Are you offering any free give-aways?

Plenty of good swag as well as Skeeball and some photo ops.

6)       What do you hope to gain from this year’s Summit?

We’d like to meet new business partners and end-users who are interested in the M5 VOIP integration. 

7)       What is your favorite feature of SageCRM?

All of it, what’s not to like?  [Editor's note: NOW we're talking! I like that answer.] The workflow flexibility has to be one of the its features. 

8)       Why do you believe SageCRM is the best CRM product on the market?

The customizability of the software, from out-of-the-box tweaking to scripting, to meet the client’s needs makes it THE best company-wide communication tool. [Ed. note: another great answer!]
