8 Questions with Omni Technology Solutions

We have asked Sage Summit exhibitors to provide their answers to a set of 8 questions in order to help us all learn a bit more about them. The goal of these questions is to help Summit attendees to identify exhibitors that they might want to visit prior to the show. 1)       Who are you and what does your organization do?

Omni is a leader developer of CRM integration software for Microsoft Exchange.

2)       What products and services do you offer in conjunction with SageCRM?

Riva Integration Server delivers advanced, server-side integration for SalesLogix, SageCRM and Microsoft Exchange.  Riva syncs SalesLogix and Sage CRM to Outlook 2010 (64-bit and 32-bit), Outlook 2007 and 2003, Outlook Web Access, Outlook on Citrix and Terminal Services, Outlook 2011 for Mac, Entourage, Mac OS X (Mail, iCal, Address Book), iPad, iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Phone and Android devices.  With Riva, no Outlook plug-ins need to be installed, configured or managed. 

3)       Why should Sage partners and customers visit your booth?

We invite Sage partners and customers who are looking for a more reliable, server-side sync solution for SalesLogix On-Premise, SalesLogix Cloud Edition and SageCRM to visit our booth.

4)       Are you offering any free give-aways?

No, we will not be offering any free give-aways.

6)       What do you hope to gain from this year’s Summit?

We have recently partnered with a few of the leading North American Sage partners.  We plan to schedule Riva demos for several of their customers. We would also like to introduce Riva to new prospects.

7)       What is your favorite feature of SageCRM?

Hosted, single-tenant SalesLogix Cloud edition. 

8)       Why do you believe SageCRM is the best CRM product on the market?

[Editor's note: no response given. I understand - it's difficult to put something so obvious as the sheer awesome-ness of SageCRM into words.]

This group has been around for quite awhile and knows what they are doing. Server-side synchronization can really lower the cost of ownership for your CRM solution whether SalesLogix or SageCRM. I’m eager to understand how their solution differs from the native SageCRM integration offered with SageCRM 7.0. My guess is that there are a few more bells and whistles to the Omni solution.
